The first-hand experience in real estate purchase, renovation and sales propelled Kathryn Harbour into a career as an award-winning Realtor known for her integrity, high standards, and personal attention to her clients’ needs. All of Kathryn Harbour’s clients receive concierge-style service through every step in the process of buying or selling a home. Clients have access to her broad information base of area services, trusted construction professionals, and her knowledge of building and zoning regulations. She and her husband have founded three businesses, as well as successfully executed their own real estate investment projects. An Atlanta area resident of over two decades, Kathryn brings not only local knowledge but also a background including experience and expertise in business, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Smooth transactions are her specialty, with the majority of the properties with which she has been involved going under contract within a few hours or days. Kathryn’s team works at the highest level of professionalism, helping clients easily navigate one of life’s greatest transactions. When she isn’t giving impeccable service to her clients she enjoys spending time kayaking, dancing, and being the favorite aunt to her nieces and nephew.
Britt Harbour – COO
A true business visionary, Britt Harbour has spent twenty years dedicated to business start-ups and operations. As a real estate investor, as well as a licensed contractor and Realtor, Britt is knowledgeable in every aspect of property development, sales, and purchase. His strategic approach to real estate investment is an asset to every home purchase and every client who sees the bigger picture for their property. Through collaborative relationships, Britt has initiated and completed short-, medium- and long-term residential real estate investments, including development, fix and flip, and buy and hold. Britt’s ability to see opportunities everywhere, coupled with his win/win philosophy and can-do attitude have earned him the moniker of business “guru.” In his free time, he loves exploring the back roads on his motorcycle. Sydney Fortier – Operations Manager
Working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly, Sydney is our tech guru! She assists us in many areas but is especially focused on keeping in touch with our clients – both established and new. She manages the communications about market updates and our team events to make sure everyone stays connected and up to date. As a Georgia native who grew up in Paulding and Cobb counties, Sydney is well versed in all the area has to offer and personally enjoys paddle boarding on Lake Acworth. Sydney is married to another Georgia native whom she met in church, and together they enjoy hiking all of the surrounding mountains, including Kennesaw, Pine, Red Top, and more! Michelle Campbell – Client Care Coordinator
Helping people successfully navigate one of the biggest transactions of their lives is a high priority for Michelle Campbell. As the Client Care Coordinator for Kathryn Harbour Real Estate, Michelle facilitates the process of buying or selling a home, keeping everything on track to meet each deadline. For this, she relies on her acute ability to multitask, open style of communication and positive attitude toward helping our clients – whatever it takes. As a Cobb County resident since 1995, Michelle sees its diversity and abundance of activities as being among its best features. Michelle loves being outside, doing crafts and working on her home. As a true beach lover, she also takes advantage of the fact that Georgia’s charming and historic Savannah, and tranquil Tybee Island, are only four and a half hours away, and enjoys trips to the coast with her husband and two children. Mary Koronkowski – Marketing and Listing Manager
Mary assists the team in keeping open communication with seller clients as their home is marketed across various platforms. From the start of the listing process, Mary walks alongside our listing specialists to assist sellers in understanding their home’s marketing strategy and shares recommendations to ease their move. By implementing the processes we have developed from proven systems, Mary’s work in the background assists our team in getting the majority of our sellers’ homes under contract in 6 days or less. She has a passion for community and enjoys building new connections with those who are considering relocating. Mary and her family work to keep an active lifestyle, often spending the weekends kayaking, hiking or exploring art galleries. Always excited to try something new, they are working on their goal to hike 21 new trails and try 21 new cafes in 2021.
