The health and safety of all homebuyers, home sellers, and everyone in our community is our number one priority.

We are dedicated to everyone staying healthy through this challenging time. To greater ensure the chance of this, we have implemented the following safety protocols for visiting homes:

IN PERSON

  • Our agents will be wearing gloves, and will personally escort visitors through the home
  • We will wipe all doorknobs & handles with disinfectant wipes
  • We will ensure that all visitors and agent wash their hands upon entering homes We’ll also provide paper towels for drying
  • We will request that all visitors keep their hands in their pockets
  • We will require visitors to remove their shoes before entering homes
  • The number of visitors to a home will never exceed one family at a time
  • We will request that all visitors limit the number of those needing to view a home, with a recommendation of two visitors per family.

VIRTUAL

  • Video property tours are available for most of our listings on our website.
  • Private video tours with our agents are an option for buyers who prefer that over in-person showings.
  • Property tours are available for other listings via FaceTime or zoom
  • Virtual Meetings – we are available to chat with you via phone or zoom conference – appointments do not have to be put on hold!
  • Electronic signatures are available for all documents from the comfort of your own home
  • Email – we will send a list of properties that match your criteria as soon as they hit the market!

By now, everyone has received messages from companies describing their immediate actions for keeping both their employees and customers safe. We want for you to know how seriously we take this unprecedented health crisis, your health, our health, and the health of all around us.

Let’s all do our part in preventing the spread of COVID-19, the flu, and any other virus. Together, let’s keep our community safe and moving forward. Please reach out with any questions or concerns – we’re here to help.
